Last Saturday, January 8, 2014, a group of friends put together a bike run and a concert in memorial of my dad, who passed away one month ago. The bike run ended at the Zion Harley-Davidson shop in Hurricane, Utah, where local band Mr. Hyde played a two hour show of songs Dad loved. The members of Mr. Hyde were very close friends with Dad: he would help them behind the set, move equipment, and help promote shows. Dad loved people and he loved it when his friends and family were together and having fun.

My brother Danny, who stole my sunglasses, and Dad's friend who organized the ride. This was taken right after a moment of appriciation for my dad, and his kindness and friendship to others. |
